DESCRIPTION:For those raising pre-school aged children (3-6 yo)\, we will offer a 14-week program to introduce basic parenting tools\, provide time to practice new techniques with the support of peers in a classroom\, and encourage participants to try out their new skills at home. Incredible Years is an evidence-based curriculum shown\, by research\, to increase children’s social skills\, improve their ability to identify and name emotions\, and to reduce their inappropriate behaviors. \nThere is no cost for this class. Those enrolled are expected to attend at least 11 of 14 sessions. \nIncredible Years starts Thursday\, January 29\, 2026.\nA simple family dinner is served 5:00-5:30 pm.
