Using Temperament Traits to Reframe Teaching Practices

Sometimes walking into an early childhood classroom can feel chaotic. There are so many little bodies moving throughout, but often only a teacher or two. Trying to figure out how to keep everyone happy and prevent undesirable behaviors can be such a challenge. In this training, we will be learning all about the nine temperament traits that humans possess, and specific activities to offer for each temperament trait. You will take away from this training ways to meet every individuals’ needs, both children’s and teacher’s, and how to have fun in the process!
