In December 2020, Children and Family Resource Center hosted its final diaper drive-thru. The drive-thru was created by CFRC in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, and the growing need for basic hygiene and nutritional supplies for infants and toddlers. During the span of the diaper drive, CFRC distributed nearly $127,000 in supplies to families in Henderson County. We are amazed by the success of the drive and the outpouring of support by our community and partners. In 2021, we launched Full Tum, Dry Bum Formula & Diaper Assistance as a part of our program menu.
How does it work?
Families who need access to diapers, wipes, and formula are able to apply for assistance. Each request will require a contact person who will make appointments and pick up formula and/or diaper bundles. Assistance will be provided to families once per month and includes up to two diaper bundles and one can of formula if needed.
– Fill out the application for your family
– Click the link to schedule a time for pick-up
– All diaper pick-ups must be made by appointment, and only on Fridays between the hours of 11am – 2pm.
Who can receive assistance?
Our program is open to all families in Henderson County that need access to diapers, wipes, and formula.
Why do I need to fill out an application?
The application helps our team learn more information about your family, your needs, and how we can best support you. If you have questions about the information requested on the application, or how it will be used, please feel free to ask questions.
What if the pick-up window does not work for me?
If you are unable to make the pick-up time due to work, childcare obligations, or transportation barriers, please call us, our team will work to support you. Call or email Shelbie English, [email protected].
