This professional development session is designed to strengthen leadership skills that create positive, productive, and trust-centered teams. Participants will explore the foundations of effective leadership, including how to build authentic relationships, communicate with intention, and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.
Through interactive discussion and practical strategies, attendees will learn how active listening and consistent follow-through strengthen trust and improve collaboration. The session will also focus on motivating others by recognizing strengths, encouraging growth, and creating environments where individuals feel valued and supported.
