Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a resource library for parents, teachers and early childhood educators that provides developmentally appropriate educational materials for teaching and engaging young children.

Library Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm
Friday, 8 am – 3 pm

Our library includes:

• Children’s books
• CDs
• Childcare & Parenting resource materials
• Age-appropriate learning kits. 
• Production area with Cricut Air Explorer 2, Laminating Machine, Ellison Die Cuts, Paper Cutter, Computer & Printer, Book Binder, Color Copier and more to help you make books, bulletin boards and learning materials. 

Annual Membership Fees:

Individual – $15 per year
