Celebrating Our 25th Anniversary

1999 was a BIG year! Tiger Woods won his first PGA Championship, Albert Einstein was named Person of the Century by Time Magazine, Tony Hawk landed the first 900, the Women’s soccer team won the world cup, and some brilliant connectors in Henderson County created the Children & Family Resource Center. 

On Thursday, June 6, we had the wonderful opportunity to recognize former Executive Directors Maurean Adams and Elisha Childers, as well as current and past board members at an anniversary open house. The open house included tours of the center as well as activities for children and strolls through our new sensory garden.
