Freeman to leave Children & Family Resource Center

Once, my youngest child told me I was cheering for the wrong team. No, I wasn’t. To me, it’s never been only about my team (except maybe when we went to the state playoffs); instead, it’s about cheering for ALL kids and celebrating when they do a great job.

That’s how I’d sum up my work at the Children and Family Resource Center. I’ve been driven by our vision of uniting our community to create an ideal place for children.

It’s a lofty vision, but it speaks to the idea that ours should be a community that is great for all kids. Don’t you agree?

To make it so, the Children and Family Resource Center has been working alongside our many community partners for the past 20 years.
